WHY A MEDIA DAY?

A media day is more than just a photoshoot—it’s an opportunity for players to showcase their identity, confidence, and presence both on and off the field. Every athlete puts in countless hours of hard work, and a media day captures that dedication in a way that lasts far beyond the game.

Professional-quality photos and videos help players build their personal brand, whether it’s for recruitment, social media, or team promotions. In today’s game, visibility matters. Coaches, scouts, and fans aren’t just watching performance—they’re connecting with personality, leadership, and character.

A media day also creates a sense of pride and unity within the team. Standing in front of the camera, wearing your colors, and representing your club is a powerful experience that boosts confidence and team identity. It gives players content they’ll be proud to share with family, friends, and future opportunities.

Every player has a story. A media day is your chance to tell it—through powerful images that capture who you are, what you represent, and where you’re going.

PACKAGES PRICING FOR MEDIA DAY.

Package #1 — $90.00 USD (each player). *Minimum 8 players.



• Minimum 8 players.
• 1 Kit (local or away).
• 2 half body poses.
• 1 full body action pose.
• 1 half body stand pose (portrait for print - no graphic design).
• 4 Digital pictures total for each player.
• Roster graphic design.
• 2-3 hours for the shoot approximately for a group of 8-15 players.
• Online gallery to view and download your images.

Package #2 — $150.00 USD (each player). *Minimum 8 players.

• Minimum 8 players.
• 1 Kit (local or away jersey).
• 2 half body poses.
• 1 full body action pose.
• 1 half body stand pose (portrait for print - graphic design).
• 4 Digital pictures total for each player.
• Roster graphic design.
• 2-3 hours for the shoot approximately for a group of 8-15 players.
• Online gallery to view and download your images.
• 1 Poster print 16'' x 20'' / 24'' x 36'' (only 1 print by player, not framed).

*Session is minimum 8 players, if less a flat rate of $720.00 USD will be charge. Option to poster print. If Club wants to wear a 2nd or/and 3rd kit. Please let me know to customized your package during the booking process.

Coaches are welcome. Up to 2 coaches can join the session at no cost (only digital images). Full team photo is included. Team photo can be taken on site (if possible) or it can be created in photoshop adding players and coaches. Contract needs to sign along with a media release form for each player. This session includes plain background, professional lighting with color gels, fog machine &/or atmosphere aerosol. *Customized media wall has extra cost.

50 % of deposit is needed to book (save date & time). Remind balance must be paid before or the date of the session.

Family members are allowed to be present during the photo session. No other photographers are allowed to be taken photos during the session. Players can bring any prompts (flags, medals, trophies).

Digital photos will be returned 10 - 15 Business days from your photography session. *Prints could take up to 30 business days from the photography session.

Location needs to be coordinate by the client/team (field). I have options for the field (as needed). All players / coaches attending the session accept their personal image could be use in Total Soccer Official & Andres Glez Photography media for purposes of marketing.
