A media day is more than just a photoshoot—it’s an opportunity for players to showcase their identity, confidence, and presence both on and off the field. Every athlete puts in countless hours of hard work, and a media day captures that dedication in a way that lasts far beyond the game.

Professional-quality photos and videos help players build their personal brand, whether it’s for recruitment, social media, or team promotions. In today’s game, visibility matters. Coaches, scouts, and fans aren’t just watching performance—they’re connecting with personality, leadership, and character.

A media day also creates a sense of pride and unity within the team. Standing in front of the camera, wearing your colors, and representing your club is a powerful experience that boosts confidence and team identity. It gives players content they’ll be proud to share with family, friends, and future opportunities.

SPORTS PORTRAITS PACKAGES - STUDIO SESSION.

Every athlete has a story — a passion and a spirit that deserve to be captured with strength and style.

Our Sports Portrait sessions are designed to highlight your dedication, energy, and athletic character through professional studio portraits.

We use professional lighting, personalized direction, and high-quality editing to ensure each image reflects your true essence as an athlete. Studio located at El Mirage, AZ.

Package 1 — $125.00 USD.

📸 Individual session (1 person).

⏱️ 30 minutes in studio.

📷 6 poses (6 high-resolution digital photos). Up to two kits (local & away).

🌐 Online gallery to view and download your photos.

Package 2 — $175.00 USD.

📸 Individual session (1 person).

⏱️ 30 minutes in studio.

📷 10 poses (10 high-resolution digital photos). Up to two kits (local & away).

NOTE: If you want to add poster print to your package please, let me know. Poster print 24'' x 36'' or 16'' x 20'' $65.00 USD.

Package #1 — $125.00 USD (each player). *Minimum 11 players.

Minimum 11 players.
1 Kit (local or away).
1 Half body stand pose hands on hips or arms crossed. All players (portrait for roster graphic).
1 Half body stand pose (portrait for print - no graphic design if you choose this package).
1 Full body stand pose (picture for team photo created in post production).
2 half body poses w/ball or no ball (fog or atmosphere aerosol as as needed).
1 full body action pose w/ball or no ball (fog or atmosphere aerosol as needed).
A total of 3 Digital pictures for each player in online gallery.
1 Roster graphic design (all team roster).
2-3 hours for the shoot approximately for a group of 11-15 players.
Online gallery to view and download your images.

MEDIA DAY – SESSION OVERVIEW.

The Media Day session is divided into two phases:

Phase 1 – Team & Graphic Design Photos.

Individual photos of each player and coach will be taken for the team roster, posters, team photo, and other graphic designs as needed. These images are used for post-production and are not included as individual photos in the final delivery. Approximate time: 3–5 minutes per player.

Phase 2 – Fog / Atmosphere Portraits.

Individual portraits will be taken using fog/atmosphere effects, with a combination of preset poses and poses chosen by the player or photographer. These images are included in the final delivery. Approximate time: 3–5 minutes per player.

Individual Portraits Only.

This package is designed exclusively for individual player and coach portraits. No partner, duo, or group photographs will be taken as part of this package. If you would like to include duo or group portraits, a separate package is available.

Professional Photo Curation.

All final images are professionally curated and personally selected by the photographer. The selection is based on image quality, composition, framing, lighting, expression, and overall visual impact, ensuring that only the strongest images are included in the final delivery.

This Media Day package is designed for one uniform/kit. All players must use the same uniform/kit.

Package #2 — $175.00 USD (each player). *Minimum 11 players.

MEDIA DAY – SESSION OVERVIEW

The Media Day session is divided into three phases:

Phase 3 – Duo & Small Group Photos.

Players will have the opportunity to take photos with their teammates. Each player may choose who they would like to be photographed with, either as a duo or in a small group of up to 4 players. These group combinations will be coordinated during the session, and the selected duo or group photographs are included in the final delivery.

Professional Photo Curation.

*Session is minimum 11 players, if less a flat rate of $1,375.00 USD will be charge for package #1 or $1,925.00 USD for package #2. If Club wants to wear a 2nd or/and 3rd kit. Please let me know to customized your package during the booking process.

Coaches are welcome. Up to 2 coaches can join the session at no cost (only phase 1. Team and graphic design photos). Full team photo is included in package #1 & #2. Team photo can be taken on site (if possible) or it can be created in photoshop adding players and coaches. Contract needs to sign along with a media release form for each player.

This session includes plain background, professional lighting with color gels, fog machine &/or atmosphere aerosol. *Customized media wall has extra cost.

50 % of deposit is needed to book (save date & time). Remind balance must be paid before or the date of the session.

Family members are allowed to be present during the photo session. No other photographers are allowed to be taken photos during the session. Players can bring any prompts (flags, medals, trophies).

Digital photos will be returned 20 - 30 Business days from your photography session. *Prints could take up to 30 business days from the photography session.

Location needs to be coordinate by the client/team (field). I have options for the field (as needed). All players / coaches attending the session accept their personal image could be use in Total Soccer Official & Andres Glez Photography media for purposes of marketing.
